Growth Lab Games respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA notices. We will remove or disable access to infringing content upon receipt of a proper notice.

• Identification of the copyrighted work infringed

• Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it

• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)

• A good faith belief statement that the use is unauthorized

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

If your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification to dmca@growthlabgames.com with your signature, identification of removed material, a good faith belief statement, and your contact information. We will restore content within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Growth Lab Games terminates accounts of repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion for repeated violations.

All Exchange content must be original or properly licensed. Sellers listing infringing content will have listings removed and may have accounts terminated.
